UFITRA is a live wellness app that unifies physical training, mental health, and daily discipline into one coherent system. Built the entire brand identity from zero — the name, positioning, visual direction, and product narrative — while shaping the product strategy from the inside as Embedded Head of Product & Marketing.
Most people don't quit fitness. They drift — across apps, between gyms, slowly losing confidence in themselves. The wellness market is full of products that motivate or entertain, but nothing that actually holds the line. UFITRA was built to be different: a system that stays with you when life gets hard, not just when it's easy.
UFITRA is a fully shipped, live iOS & Android app. From the gamified XP and levelling system that makes daily training feel earned, to an entire Wellness hub spanning breathwork, sleep, nutrition, and mental health — the product covers the full spectrum of what it means to be well.
Gamification Engine
XP, levels, streaks, Daily Quests, and Battles. Every rep, every session, every streak is tracked and rewarded. Discipline is built through systems, not motivation.
Wellness Hub
U-Stream, U-Fast, U-Sleep, U-Feel, U-Nutrition — five distinct wellness pillars with guided content, video flows, and premium unlocks.
Breathwork & Mental
Box breathing with binaural audio, set against cinematic backgrounds. The mental side of fitness, treated with the same seriousness as the physical.
Activity Sharing
U-Run and workout summaries generate shareable cards with a film-aesthetic visual identity — built for community and social proof.

Brand Naming
Named the product UFITRA — a name built for authority and recall, distinct in a market of generic fitness app names. Developed the naming rationale and the linguistic logic behind it.
Strategic Foundation
Defined the brand's entire strategic layer: why UFITRA exists ("people who are done breaking promises to themselves"), what it rejects (the wellness industry's lie that self-love means comfort), and what it believes (pride is earned through repetition, not affirmation).
Brand Identity System
Built the complete visual identity: the logo (a precision mark representing motion, discipline, and forward momentum), the color system (UFITRA Black, White, and Momentum Blue), and the typography stack (Neue Haas Grotesk Pro for display, Articulat CF for body).
Voice & Language
Wrote the full voice profile: calm, exact, uncompromising. Authority without ego. Truth without cruelty. Discipline without theatrics. The in-app language principles: no shame, no soothing — UFITRA redirects. "Failure is treated as feedback, not identity."
Brand Architecture
Structured UFITRA's three user segments — Athletes, Coaches, Institutions — and defined the relationship between them. Built the product narrative: fitness as a daily operating system, not an occasional habit.
ICP Development
Developed four detailed Ideal Customer Profiles for the product, informing messaging, feature prioritisation, and go-to-market strategy across athlete segments.
